We are looking to hire offshore talents for the IT/ Junior Developer, Zoho and other CRM platforms
This is not a temporary position, the successful applicant will become an integral part of our team.
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to be our staff.
What will you do?
1. As a member of our team you will assist in the development and improvement of online business systems, specifically Zoho CRM and related modules. In this capacity, you will work across departments to understand current business processes and translate them to online systems. You will be responsible for the review of technical requirements to develop, test, implement, and maintain a solution.
2. Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the:
- Learn and optimize customer-related business processes of Zoho application suite;
- Maintain, manage, develop, and design Zoho applications;
- Customize and optimize Zoho and other CRM applications in support of business functions;
- Deliver quality code and fixes, on time, with rigorous testing;
- Document design, tasks, bugs, user stories, requirements;
- Assist with unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing prior to production deployment;
- Support system interruptions and ticket resolutions in customer required timeframes;
- Support to DevOps development teams test planning and execution;
- Support review and risk assessment of Change Requests;
- Communication of any issues, problems, or risks to leadership with recommended solutions;
- Utilization of professional judgement, critical thinking skills and research to resolve issues affecting system performance.
3. You should have a basic understanding of HTML, PHP, CSS, and Javascript.
You need to be detail-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right the first time. In our practice getting it done right the first time for our clients is very important and we need everyone to work with this goal in mind. You cannot talk down to anyone that you deal with in our office. You need to have compassion when dealing with those you meet as part of our team.
Your ability to listen to what you are being told and ask to follow is very important. If you cannot listen, understand, evaluate and interview someone, this is not the job for you.
You MUST be able to handle working with several different databases of information. If you aren't 100% confident managing data and people, you are not the right person for this job.
At times, you will also need to know how to figure things out on your own, creatively problem solve and come up with solutions.
To put it simply, we want you to earn what we are paying you. We don't want to pay you to socialize, surf the Internet, e-mail friends and family, work for another company or any other non-work related activities while you are on the clock for us. This does not mean it is not fun to be on our team, it just means we know when we have to work and we know when to have fun.

Regarding compensation, it is negotiable based upon experience and is subject to review after 90 days. The starting pay range is $1,300 US Dollars a month during training. After 90 days, if you have completed your training and established yourself as a valuable member of the team you will receive an increase of salary to $1,500 a month. If you prove to be invaluable to the team, your pay will increase even further after the first 15 months.
