This declaration relates to the processing and disclosure of your personal data.

The People & Capacity Group (PAC Group) only record the information that you supply to PAC Group. The information includes your submitted CV and if submitted, your application including your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, marital status, work experience, training, education, courses followed, certificates, hobbies and language skills. Furthermore, we record references you have given and possibly information about why you are looking for a new position.

Purpose of declaration:

This information is used to introduce you to companies/organisations who are looking for new employees. 

PAC Group discloses the following personal information to companies/organisations looking for new employees: name, city / municipality, age, marital status, work experience, training, education, certificates, hobbies, language skills, references and why you are looking for a new position. We only disclose information to companies/organisations, when we have obtained your permission.

Validity of declaration:

The declaration is valid from the date of the candidate's permission of PAC Group having the personal data stored. The declaration is valid until the candidate withdraws the consent.

Entitlement of Candidate:

The candidate can at any time contact PAC Group to enquire what personal information we have registered, if correction of data is wanted, or ask for some, or all, of the stored data to be deleted. Please contact PAC Group by emailing info@pacgroup.co. Information which has already been disclosed to a company will not be deleted by PAC Group, but the candidate can obtain information from PAC Group of whom to contact at the company in order to get their data deleted. Data is deleted within six weeks of PAC Group receiving a deletion request.

PAC Group’s IT systems are operated by Google. PAC Group has entered into a data processing agreement with Google. The agreement states that Google is only allowed to store personal data on behalf of PAC Group. Google is also charged with, ensuring both technical and organisational security measures are in place, to prevent personal data from being destroyed, accessed by third parties, etc.

The candidate is at any time entitled to complain to Datatilsynet (https://www.datatilsynet.dk/english/the-danish-data-protection-agency/complaints-to-the-danish-protection-agency/).
