The Bilingual Teacher Exchange (BTE) is currently recruiting World Language/Special Education/Bilingual Teachers with at least 2 years of classroom experience who are committed to teaching in the US or Internationally. The program is currently seeking teachers with a background in Mathematics, Montessori, Science, Language Arts, ESL, and Special Education. You will need to choose which Employment Track you will like to proceed and register: Licensing or Non Licensing 1.PROCEEDING WITH AN INITIAL LICENSE: Teaching License is required in most School Districts in the US, specifically for Public Schools. The benefits of gaining an Initial License includes: 1. Having more options across schools and districts 2. Earning a higher wage 3. Completing a Standard Licensure Applicants must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a Initial Licensure:
2. PROCEEDING WITHOUT AN INITIAL LICENSE: Teachers who select this option can work at public, private
and charter schools that do not require teaching licenses before hire.
